French Marigold Flower Seeds
A french type, herbaceous annual that flowers all summer long. Used for insect repellent in vegetable gardens. Blooming in flaming red, orange, and yellow. Grows to around 14“ inches high. Likes Full Sun and moderately fertile, well-drained soil. Scatter seeds outdoors where desired after frost danger has passed, or start indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost. Germination time: 1-2 weeks. Bloom duration: 12 weeks
In frost free areas, sow from fall to early spring. In the Deep South, a spot that receives shade during the afternoon helps protect plants from the heat.
